1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to drolvena.shop and the editorial material published by WES Holding ApS. They apply to visitors, correspondents and anyone who follows a link from the platform. By browsing the pages, a visitor agrees to use them lawfully and respectfully. If these terms are not acceptable, the visitor should stop using the site.
2. Platform purpose
Drolvena is an independent information resource about nutrition, named nutrients, food supplements and everyday wellness routines. Pages are written for general education and do not create a professional, advisory, employment or agency relationship. Product references are editorial descriptions, not a request for payment or a transaction. The Disclaimer explains the limits of reliance in more detail.
3. Eligibility and conduct
Visitors should use the platform in a way that complies with South African law and the laws applicable to their location. They must not interfere with security, overload the service, impersonate Drolvena or send unlawful material through a contact channel. Automated collection must remain respectful of technical limits and must not copy the site into a competing database. We may restrict access where conduct threatens availability, privacy or the rights of others.
4. Editorial accuracy
Editors aim to use identifiable sources, dated references and supplied product specifications. Nutrient information, provider details and regulatory context can change over time. We may correct, annotate, archive or remove a page without prior notice. A reader should check a current label and independent source before making an important decision.
5. Intellectual property
Unless a page states otherwise, the Drolvena name, original text, layout, design system and original editorial compilation belong to WES Holding ApS. A visitor may read pages and share a link for private or ordinary reference. Copying a substantial portion, republishing the layout or presenting material as another organisation’s work requires written permission. Third-party names and materials remain with their respective owners.
6. Contact submissions
A person sending a message confirms that they have the right to share its contents. They should avoid unnecessary sensitive information, confidential commercial material and personal details about another person. Drolvena may use the submission to answer the enquiry, check a correction or protect the platform. The Privacy Policy explains retention, access requests and the role of service providers.
7. External links and processors
Links and embedded services may include Google Maps, Google Fonts, Vercel hosting and email infrastructure. Their availability and data handling are controlled by the relevant provider, not by Drolvena. A visitor should read the provider notice before using an external feature. Drolvena does not adopt or endorse every statement on a linked website.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform accessible, but maintenance, network conditions, hosting events or security measures may interrupt a page. We may change navigation, copy, features or URLs as the editorial resource develops. A material change to these terms will be marked with a new date and described in the change log. Continued browsing after a revised date indicates acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
9. Cookies and privacy
The Cookie Policy describes drolvena_session, drolvena_consent, drolvena_preferences and optional drolvena_analytics values, including their ordinary lifespans. The Privacy Policy explains information collected through correspondence, hosting logs and embedded services. Visitors can decline optional storage and can exercise privacy rights by contacting [email protected]. These documents operate together, and a conflict is interpreted in the way required by applicable privacy law.
10. No transaction facility
The platform is editorial and does not provide an order form, checkout or payment collection facility. Product pages may contain reference information supplied for reading context, but they are not an offer to sell. A visitor should not send card numbers, banking credentials or identity documents by email. Any separate commercial arrangement would require its own written terms and verification.
11. Liability framework
To the extent permitted by South African law, Drolvena is not responsible for indirect loss, interruption, reliance on incomplete information or a third-party service. This provision does not exclude responsibility that legislation does not allow a business to exclude. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Visitors should obtain suitable advice for decisions involving their own circumstances.
12. Complaints and response times
A complaint should be emailed to [email protected] with the page address, date, concern and desired correction where relevant. We acknowledge ordinary complaints within two business days and aim to issue a written response within fifteen business days. Complex matters may take up to thirty business days, and we will explain the reason for an extension. 13. Governing context
These terms are intended for a platform operated from Johannesburg, Gauteng. South African law provides the primary context for interpretation, subject to mandatory rights applying to a visitor in another location. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as legally possible. A failure to enforce one provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
14. Revision and change log
This consolidated Terms of Use was issued on 3 September 2026. On 1 June 2026, the contact-submission and no-transaction provisions were clarified. On 15 August 2026, the provider, cookie and complaint-response sections were expanded. Future material changes will be recorded here with the effective date and a short description.
